Are College Degrees Necessary?

Nowadays, a college degree plays a vital role in deciding the future of the younglings. The future of a young is fully dependent on the course he or she has opted. It has been a debatable issue among people whether college degree is necessary for the adolescents to earn their livelihood or not. This essay will be in favour of possessing a degree and discuss the importance of having it.
Predominantly, a degree is a proof of an individual with certain amount of learning sense. A person with a college degree in any field is more likely to get employed easily rather than who has passed his or her senior secondary. Moreover, a higher salary package is offered to highly educated people, whereas, a low salary package is offered to the person with less education. For example, multinational companies hire the individuals with higher college degrees based on their field of study at higher salaries, which, in turn, helps the young people to survive in this exorbitant world. Thus, college degree is essential to get employed at a desired position.
Secondly, getting a degree is helpful in personal betterment of an individual. Through studying at higher levels, the one is able to grasp knowledge in various fields, which helps his or her brain to evolute. Moreover, the brief theoretical and practical knowledge of a particular subject is provided in colleges and universities only. For example, college are fully equipped with the latest apparatus' which help the students to learn practically. Thus, colleges helps the children in broadening their horizons.
To recapitulate, college as well as university degrees are indispensable for everyone to enhance their theoretical and practical skills as well as earn their livelihood.
