nowadays many people complain that they have difficulties having enough sleep

It is recommeded by health professionals to have at least eight hours of sleep everyday. Though people are aware of the importance of having enough sleep, they tend to face problems in having good amount of sleep. The lack of ample nap time could cause several issues, so, this issue should taken care of.
In the recent times, it has been reported that a lot of folks are facing trouble in having required sleep time. There are several reasons that may be held responsible for this defficiency of sleep. One major reason is anxiety and over-thinking because of personal or professional issues. Sleep helps body to relax and reduction of relax time may cause several health issue. These issue may include physical or mental issues like headache, body pain, low energy level etc. Futhermore, these mentioned issues can affect our personal and professional life, for example headache will make less productive during the day at work.
There are many ways by which we can sort out the of sleeplessness. All of us must have to face unfriendly situations in our lives. However, we must take time out of the routing work for ourselves. As it is a famous saying that "health is wealth", so, we must take care of the needs of our body to live a healthy life. It is very important to make daily timetable for ourselves and resever ample time for family, friends, work and sleep. We should pay attention to work when at the work place, but we should not thing about professional life when at home. Similarly, spending quality time with family or firends is important for relaxing your mind. By doing, these steps, we can go sleep with calm mind that will be beneficial for better sleep.
On the conclusion, I would say that defficieny in sleep may cause issues related to health, fitness and our creativity during the day time. We should be giving due importance to sleep and rest time so that out body can perform in a good manner.
