Recent figures show an increase in violent crime youngsters under the age of 18. Some psychologist claime get the basic reason for this is that children these days are not getting the social and emotional learning their leader from parents and teachers.

The crime rate is increasingly day by day. In young generation ,under age of 18, they do crime and some psychologist says that some reason are there, because the pupils do not have social and emotional learning and do not follow their parents guidance. I agree with your statement that I will discuss my views on upcoming paragraphs.
To begin with, in modern era, technology is develop day by day,children do not spent Time with parents, they are not attached with parents. Because every people are spent time in social websites like Facebook Twitter WhatsApp and some other. They do not think anything without this. In addition, the children or do not do homework with the help of guidance of tutors, because they think Internet is best way to teaching us, They learnt everything from Internet. Moreover, in that Time, and fast pace of life, every parents are busy in their life to Arun their bed and butter. They do not give time to children so that reason they do not touch with children and it became effect in their life.
Furthermore, the parents are also responsible, because they do not give time to children's and they did not know the children but they're doing in their life. Some peoples are doing bad things, because nobody can take care of children and their take on drug and in the addiction of drugs, they also do crime for earning money. Because there is no take money from parents, to take drugs.
Then conclusion, every people have their own views. I do not deny any of them but I cogitate, a person should give time for children's and take care properly so that children do not disturb attached with parents and they follow their parents guidelines.
