Essay topics:

Is job-sharing good for workers?
Job sharing is a type of part-time employment in which one position can be shared by two part-time workers; that is, the two people share the work, hours, and pay of one job.
Job sharing opens more opportunities to people who have other responsibilities, such as taking care of their children or studying, and who need flexible working hours.

The labor market plays a core role in any society by providing people with incomes and others with goods or services. And I believe that job-sharing benefits workers in various ways.

First, having two people working in the same position improves productivity. Most jobs either require physical or intellectual inputs. And providing either of these can be overwhelming if done daily on a long-term scale. But if workers can have someone else share part of the workload, each worker would be able to work for shorter hours. And this allows them to rest more sufficiently, thus be more energetic and, in turn, boost their productivity when they are back at work again. Besides, when two workers share the same work responsibilities, they can pool their experiences together. Doing so enables them to be either more knowledgeable when problems arise while working or avoid many future issues by relying on pooled past experiences. And both of these improve their work efficiency.

Second, job-sharing ultimately improves workers' living standards. Typically, any individual employee works only five times a week with a two-day off every seven days. And this means that many companies would only operate five days a week. However, if two workers can share the same job, they can provide services or sell goods to customers every day, drastically improving their business. With more business comes more revenue. And when a company runs profitably, it will likely offer its employees higher incomes. And this increased monetary reward can allow workers to do many things that they might find unaffordable before, such as paying for expensive part-time tuition at university to further their education or buying a long-wanted car. These expenditures can dramatically improve their satisfaction with their lives.

To conclude, job-sharing allows workers to work more efficiently and improves their living standards.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
