Essay topics:

that planning and organizing abilities are vital for every individual

With the advent of human's modern society, more and more people have reached the point that how essential is planning for the future. A plethora of people attributes the importance of planning ability to the complexity of the modern world. Personally, I completely support this point of view that planning and organizing abilities are vital for every individual. My reasons are manifold, among which reducing stress (tension) and having enough time to gain knowledge play the most significant roles.

An issue of concern turning into an obsession for many (a large proportion of) people is the high rate of psychological disorder like stress. According to a research, conducted at the University of Tehran, the number of individuals who are faced with extreme stressful conditions (circumstances) is increasing exponentially comparing to the previous decade. For this reason, they highly recommend having a general plan for our life, by means of which we are able to organize different matters relevant to the plan. In addition, it contributes to a high level of self-confidence, since one should not worry about numerous possible difficulties anymore. The result of that study indicates that ones with the ability to organize and plan for their works will be more prosperous in the future. In other words, the more plan one enjoys, the higher self-confidence.

Beyond a shadow of a doubt, possessing a higher knowledge and information about situations increases ones' chance for being successful in various subjects. One who has a lot of information and knowledge is more likely to pave the way toward the apex of success easily because in this modern world almost everything is dependent(is intensively related to) on information. For instance, the Eddy Dusler, the founder of Addidas, had been planning for a company to produce sporting clothes (goods) since he was a teen. To boom his business he made a wise plan to use (utilize) numerous prominent athletes for the company advertisement. Consequently, it led to one of the best companies throughout the world.

To sum up, considering different aspects of this issue we may reach the conclusion that the ability to plan and organize is a crucial matter, since it provides some advantages, including reducing stress (as a result of increasing self-confidence) and improving one's opportunity to become prosperous due to the information and experience he or she gains based on their plans.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
