Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Education is an important part of our lives. It is vital because people needs good education for them to succeed in their future career. Most people believe that to improve the quality of education, universities should allocate their budget on increasing the salary of the professor. In my humble opinion, I think it is irrelevant that universities spends their funding on increasing the monthly salary of teachers. I feel this way for two main reasons, which I will explore on the following essay.

First of all, education and teachers are integral part in molding the young minds of our generation today. Teachers roles are to influence, guide and share their knowledge to their students. In addition, they prepare students to become well prepared on the real world. By studying in universities students will gain ample learning in their courses and can excel better in their future career. But I think it is not enough that universities spends their budget in increasing the salary of the professors because it is their job to teach their students and the nature of their works needs to focus on the well being of their pupils. Also there are more useful resources that needs to be allocated with funds in order to improve the quality of education of students.

Secondly, quality of education can be greatly enhance with purchasing additional teaching materials and new reading materials for the professor to use, so that they can be updated with the latest teaching styles used today. Also, the campus should fund the library with new resources because the library are the last pillar of the school which are being updated. If new books and reference materials are available, then students will be flocking the library and study there. As a result, students will gain additional information and they will be enticed to build a strong study habits for themselves due to they can see other students reading and studying there. Funds should be also allocated to classrooms like building a good lightning source for the students. For example, in our school in elementary the lighting is so poor that students gets sleepy easily because it is so dim and conducive to sleeping. I believe if funds are allocated wisely then students will be more interested to enhance their learning and knowledge in their academic subjects.

To summarize, I believe that the funding of the school should be spend in the library and lighting of classroom. This is because additional books and good lightning encourages students to learn more, thus their quality of education will be widen.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
