TPO-42 - Independent Writing Task Workers are more satisfied when they have many different types of tasks to do during the workday than when they do similar tasks all day long.Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

After graduation all we want is to find a job and stat as soon as possible to work. However some people question if it is better a position were you only do similar taskas all day long or work in different types of tasks during the day. Personally I prefer to do diverent tasks for several reasons.

First, I think that by doing the same task for a long period of time people usually feel tired after a few hours. Some people feel sleep and as consequence the task seems never comes to an end. For instance, once I had a job in a publicity company, my work consisted in review all the articles before they were posted online, in our web site. When I started it wasn't a problem to work with that I was excited, it was my first job. However, after a while I started to get bored and my efficiency was low.

Second, I have been reading some articles about work eficiency and several articles explain that the focous people have while doing an activity decreases through the time. So when people work in the same taks all day long their focous are compromised and that fact will implicate in less efficiency. In my last example, my lack off efficiency lead me to do some mistakes in my reviews and some texts was publicated with a lot of errors. At that time I talked to my boss and exaplained the situation. The solution os to vary my routine during the day in order to keem my mind always sharp.

To sum up, I think is realy mor satified to do diffetent job activities during the day insted of to do the same activity all day long,

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
