advantages and disadvantages of sucralose consumption in human's diet.

First, the author claims that as a research, consumption of sucralose in rats resulted in shrinking of their thymus and it shows that this product can lead to some similar diseases in the humans as well. On the other hand, the professor refutes this claim and states that this research showed no sign of the disease in low level consumption of sucralose. He also adds that the consumption of sucralose for causing disease in humans should be in amount of two thousand packets each day and for a month. In this way, he explains why sucralose in regular diet of humans does not create any disease.
Second, the text states that sucralose is based on some chemical components which can be stored in tissues of the body and have some poisoning effects. However, the professor rejects this claim and mentions that although sucralose can be stored in fat tissues, it will not create any toxic effect until reaches some dangerous level. He also states that the digestion and absorption of this product are hard for the human's body, and it does not accumulate in their body.
Third, the author mentions that consumption of this sweetener encourage people to consume more sweet products which is not good for their health and keeping their body in shape. In contrast, the professor casts doubt on this point and explains that most of the sweeteners break down when they expose to the heat, and this is while sucralose is completely unique and does not break during the cooking process. We can also hear from him that this characteristic of sucralose enables it to be a good sugar re-placer in baked products like cookies which people may tend more to eat them. In this way, he explains why sucralose can help people to keep their diet and stay healthy.
