Both the reading task and lecturer discuss about the automobile fuel source advantages and disadvantages. The reading passage hold the idea that fuel-cell engine is better that other types of engines, including internal combustion engine, hydrogen based cells and their cost differences. Moreover, lecturer has different opinion that the reading passage holds.
First, the reading passage states that internal-combustion engine based on only petolium with is finite source but vice verse the fuel-cell engines can be made from various types of sources such as water and natural gases. However, lecturer disagree with the statement that hyrdogen produced from water in unusable artificial substance which is complicated to derive.
Second, engine based population is truly harming environment. The passage believes that hydrogen-based fuel cell are polluting air by burning oil while fuel-cell engine are made from water which does not pollute air. In contrast the lecturer explain this statement that the process of making fuel-cell engine itself make plenty of pollution from the factory.
Last, passage states that fuel-cell engines are economically advantage because its cost. However, the lecturer quite dissimilar with the statement that fuel-cell engines are not cheap because it made by raw material platinium which is not rare. For this reason the cost will be increase with the scarcity of platinium.
In sum, the lecturer describe his opinion about fuel-cell engine that its not eco-friendly, economically save and easy to manufacture. He explain his opinion with above three statement with great examples.
