He claims that the character of Hogan’s Alley comics was an immigrant from hungry. 16 years before the release of action comics in America, Tin-tan was the action comic most popular in Belgium. He also mentioned that American Disney comics were created by Americans, whereas the Europe Disney comics were Created by Europeans.
Finally, the author puts forth the idea that comics are a uniquely American art form. In contrast, the lecturer’s stance is comics are not a uniquely American art form.
