Do you agree or disagree with the following statement It is better to be a follower than a leader

Essay topics:

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: “It is better to be a follower than a leader.”

Everyone wants to be a leader. To become a good leader, the person has to be a good follower first. A Leader is someone, who has enough capabilities and skills to lead the team, or any group. In my opinion, it is better to be a leader than to be a follower. I feel this way which, I will mention in the following essay.
Firstly, the word leader means the person who can lead, and inspire the people with their actions, and words. A Leader not only encourages the people but also helps the organization to shine. For instance, a team is working on a science project for a competition and all of the team members are inexperienced except one person who is the leader of the team, that person has the required skills and experience. A leader not only helped the team to complete the milestone but also encourages, and inspires them to win.
Secondly, a leader is always a student because a leader never stops learning. A leader is always eager to learn new techniques and technology and this eagerness makes the person an inspiring leader. One of the famous inspiring leaders is “Elon Musk”. He never stops learning, and he is always eager to invent new techniques to achieve milestones which makes him an inspiring leader.
In conclusion, it is better to be a leader because leaders are the first person who invents things, try them first and then people follow them. Leaders are pioneers, they make inventions, learn to form them, improve them and grow.
