Has the easiness of cooking improved our life.
It cannot be doubt that our cooking style has revolutionary changed in the last few decades. Not only the thousands of recipes have improved, but thousands of absolute new ones have created, too. Of course, the ways of cooking is faster and it is improving. Our generation is the busiest one ever, that is why most of the they do have not time to cook at home.
Firstly, as we mentioned that people do not have time to cook at home, so they eat out every day at different kinds of restaurants and save their time for good, but it does not come without a price. Now thousands of different foods are preparing fast and it is loosing its quality and healthiness. Now, we call them fast food. Thousands of scientists have proved that the fast food has caused significant problems for million times and people do not live as long life as they used to live in the past centuries. Fast food causes problems like heart disease, headache, impotence, high blood pressure, asthma and other types of diseases. The scary one is that, it does not have any vitamins. Even if it causes pretty much trouble, fast food is inescapable part of our society. If you want something fast, cheap and tasty, without any doubt, the best option is fast food.
Secondly, many people still follow the healthy life demands and cook at home. It is true that by cooking at home, you lose your time, but still there are many advantages of cooking at home. Firstly, you will use fresh and clean vegetables, fruits and meat. It is the warranty of healthy meal and your body and stomach never going to face problems with meal. Besides, you will not face problems like heart diseases, high blood pressure and helps to stay at the same weight.
Third but the not last one, the best advantage of fast food is you can always buy the made one, if you do not have enough time to cook. Besides, if you are on travel and you do not have proper equipment to cook, best option is to buy the made one. Most people believe that, if you eat fast food rarely it is not so bad, because one meal at the fast food restaurant has all the calories you needed. For instance, you can find salads and juice on the menu of the fast food restaurants. The more reason that people prefer fast food restaurants, it is always cheaper than other ones.
In the summary, I am totally agree with the opinion that the fast food is more harmful than healthy, but if we do not eat very much it does not damage our health.
