If people have the opportunity to get a secure job, they should take it right away rather than wait for a job that would be more satisfying.
In today’s progressive and sophisticated world where we live, no one can turn a blind eye to the significant effects of jobs on people’s live. In this regard, some people are inclined toward the opinion that if people have opportunity to fine secure job, they grasp it immediately and not wait for their desirable job. On the other the extreme of the rope, others think that waiting for a favorite job has more advantages for people. Although both side take their own positions, personally speaking, I firmly believe that the second group carries more weight. In the following paragraphs, I will cogently explain my reasons to justify my view points.
To begin with, if people waiting for a darling job and don’t get secure job immediately, they can work in their desirable job, which causes people get motivation to work there. In other words, when people have job satisfaction, the efficiency of that company goes up because employees have impetus. For instance, when I work in a consulting company, I was select as simulator engineer of hydraulic structure so this post was my cherished, I work hard and that’s why I made progress in my branch so I get higher position. As a matter of fact, I develop some parts of my skills and abilities in this post. Therefore, the more motivation in the job, the more efficient and high performance people they will have.
The second reason coming to my mind to substantiate my viewpoint is that
The second reason coming to my mid to substantiate my view point is that when people wait for desirable work, they can meet their necessary requirements remarkably. That is persons work hard and get a promotion and huge sum of money so helps them to fulfill their requirement and necessities in their lives and continue living which causes defend them from stress. For example, four years ago, when I start my work, not only I couldn’t buy a car but also I had a lot of financial problems. As time went on, I got my favorite profession and work hard now I work for several companies and I get a good salary. Hence, if I haven’t enough money, neither can I get high wage, nor provide necessary requirement.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that is more beneficial for people get desirable career because motivation play a critical role in efficiency that company. Moreover, people can get good salary and they can use welfare amenities.
