If the people have the opportunity to have a secure job, they should take it right away rather than wait for a job that would be more satisfying.
People might have different jobs and occupations that they might feel satisfactory, productivity with their jobs or not. Some of the careers are safe enough for your lifetime and you can rely on their income for your life expenses, on its insurance for your emergency times and retirement and these factors might be enough for some characters to choose a job, but some others believe that for a happy living time dream jobs should be fallowed and people should be satisfied by their occupations. I agree with them because of some reasons, I will mention below.
Firstly, your career is one of the essential aspects of your life. We human beings, advocate much of our times on our works. For example, in my country, Iran an adult employee should work about average eight hours a day which is one third of a day long. In fact, it is a long time to work one third of a day from your age of thirty until sixty or seventy and if you don't like your job, if it is not your dream job, you will feel depressed and disappointed, you will be always tired of your daily activity and you cannot enjoy your life.
Secondly, when your occupation is desirable, you will work harder and try your best to be successful in it. For instance, Bill Gates the manager of the Microsoft Company at the first years that he started his business, he rarely went home and rest. He spent all of his time to work on his ideas, company to achieve the aims he always wants in his major. In conclusion, when you have passion and love to your major and job, you will effort and endeavor hard to reach the highest apexes in that field.
To recap, from my perspective feeling satisfactory of your career can be an important and crucial factor as others like insurance and safety.
