The online encyclopedia

The passage expressed the three flaws of an online encyclopedias, and compared it to traditional printed version of encyclopedias. On the other hand the professor at her speech did not agree with passage contest. Summary of points mentioned by the professor has been explained as follow.

First, the professor admitted that like any other references the online version could contain some errors, but, the correction in online versions is much easier than a printed version type which would last for a decade.

Second, the problem that online versions are prone to hack and interlope has been solved, as described in the lecture, some people could be hired to protect these website against hackers, etc.

Third, as mentioned in the reading printed version of encyclopedia had limited space and few number of topics were covered and provided in them, but, in an online version this criteria would not be considered as a concern.
