Online graduate degree programs are being offered worldwide. In many respects, the programs are like the same degree programs available in a traditional campus environment, but in several key aspects, they are very different.
First, online degree programs do not offer one-on-one time with the professors. On campus, professors hold regular office hours and expect to have conferences with their graduate students. In addition, many opportunities present themselves for informal interactions before and after class or in chance meetings on campus. Some professors invite their graduate students to their homes or otherwise make themselves available in semi-social settings. In contrast, online professors are unable to see their graduate students in person and, consequently, do not know them very well.

Actually, the professor work from their home. But in the listening passage the professor mentionend that some advantage is the comunication, for example the email, telephon etc.
Other disdavantage that was mentioned in the reading passage is the quality in the news graduate degree programs. The courses are easy to the estudents because they complete very fast. Hovewer, in the listening passage the profesor said that the dicipline and the manage of the time are habits in the students. The thechonology is the perfect tool to the students.
Finnally, in the reading passage mentioned that the top school no offer online graduate programs. The top schools not considers like a good alternative theses programs, but in the listening passage, the professor mentioned that the Princeton Univesirty has a graduate degree program and other top schools have the same opportunity.
