Essay topics:

possibility of sending humans to Mars

The reading and the lecture both discuse the difficulties of the mission of sending human to Mars. Although in the reading the author argues the impossibility of such mission, the professor in the lecture a few solutions to those. She is of a opinion that sending human to Mars is feasible in near future.
The first point that the professor makes is that the astronuts can use a method of cultivating plants that do not need soild for their growth. This vegerations which are called hydropoize can produce food for the passangers of the spaceship while purifing the waste waster and emiting oxygen. With that technique in hand, contrary to the point that has been mentioned in the text, the astronumers can travel to long distances.
Furthermore, the professors refutes the author's opinion about zero-gravity obstecles that the astromoners may encounter after their return to Earth. She points out that the astonomers had been into the sapces for month and by doing regular exercise and taking vitamin and mineral pills the could maintain their muscle mass and bone density. As a result, there won't be a physical limitation for astonumers for traveling to Mars and coming back to Earth.
Finally, the professor argues that the solar radiation is not constant and the engineers can make small part of the spaceship resistant to such potent electronic waves. By making small part of spaceship shielded against the radiation not only spacecarf won't be heavy, but also in the time of sun activation periods, the crow can move to that section to protect themselves from the dangarous radiations.
