However the lecturer rejects this reason, she believes that these devices just use for young trees and when they grow enough people can reuse them for other trees, this process can reapet about twenty times. then it can be practical solution to use the box-shaped devices.

Secondely, the article points out that local people who are living in the places that affected by harsh desetrification, most of the time have difficulty for finding food, so they cannot ask them to install these devices that are not usable for their food productions. Conversely, the speaker contended this argument, she is of the opinion that governments can encourage citizens by some awars, like allowing them to use these devices for their plant. as a result, it allows them to provide more food and the branches of other protective trees as a fire wood which is beneficial.

At last, based on the authors belief, the ability of devices to conserving water is limited, so, it can usable just for small trees, if the trees becom bigger and the rain stopfor six month, then they are not survive. In other hand, the professor challenge this belief, she mention that, when this devices use for young trees, therefor their root grows and reach the lowest level of ground where is water available, as a result, during the time when they've got larger they have not any challenges.
