Instead, She states that this is not quite true, because this will lead people to buy a cheaper cigarettes, which their quality is definitely worst, hence they will keep consuming them.

Second, the author also discusses that the taxes income can be used for meditaion. The professor points out that these high taxes are not fair. Because they do not take the individuals income in conseder. She holds that people with less income will have more problems than other with a high income.

Finally, the article mentions that the government can take advantage of the income frome these taxes for different projects.On the other hand, the lecturer states that this will encourage the government to supports the smoking so they wont lose this high income.
