The article discusses about the best way to approach certain new project is to assemble a group of people into a team. The professor, however, indicates that working as group in a certain projects is not as effective and efficient and not convincing and refutes of the author's reason that explains on following reasons.

First, the article claims that working as group can gain a wider range of knowledge, expertise and skills that the group can get the recognition, whereas, the professors refutes the idea. He states that the teams will turn unresponsible and after 6.months after the group won't be get any recognition. He, also states that every team has the free rides the one who contribute the idea won't get the recognition, instead the group will get the recognition.

Second, the article claims that when working as group the work will much more done quickly in response to the tasks assign that consider as highly created work. The professor rejects the idea. He explains that the person who contribute the idea will get less the recognition in which he/she will show attitude because he/she get the credit, the group get the credit from his/her contribution of ideas.

Third, the article suggests that when working as group if the decision is wrong, as a whole the group will take the responsibility and will be accountable and no one to be blame if the decisions turn out wrong, the contributor of the idea will get the chance to shine and the ideas will highly recognizable that will result to a greater impact to accomplish the work done, however, the professor, opposes the idea and sounds not convincing. He explains, that if the project didn't work out fine it will turn out making the project for a prolong time and never finish the work on time that will end up dropping the project. He concludes that the group will end up blaming the whole group. That's why the professor refutes the reasons on the article.
