In the set of material, both reading passage and lecture discuss approach projects is to assemble a group of the team. Both affirm that a group of people has a wider range of knowledge, expertise, and skills, making decisions better to work.

The author says that creative solutions come about because a group is more likely to make decisions than an individual might not undertake. Even though, the lecture affirms that one or two people can have solutions and influencer a team about a decision. Therefore, we can affirm that an individual person can have a decision better than a group. In the other hand, if the decision has a wrong consequence, all the group are punished because of the decision of one person.

The author’s claims that the individual team member has a much better chance to “shine”, to get his or her ideas and contributions highly significant. However, the lecture affirms that a team can have ideas and greater impact, solve problems faster that only one person and with productivity.
