In the passage the author said that many organizations assign the project to group of people as a team. It's true many ideas will develop from the brain storming. There are a lot of chances to get new ideas than individual.Why means the people who are participating they well experienced,knowledge and creative. Ideas will develop from the discussions. It's true that if project succeed the credit goes to whole team not to individual. But ultimately, organization needs completion of project on early and efficient basis.

In group team members will participate more actively, they always try to give best idea compare with other so the compatibility will be improved in between them. Personal appreciation very important for employees when they working in group it will create recognition to them. Every employ needs that to work efficiently. Mostly creative and risky solutions comes in group but, as a they can the challenge complete in efficient manner. In team new employees which are having less experience it's a opportunity to them to gain new knowledge to get 'shine'.

The lecture explained that person will not get recognition when they working in group. In a group or team there are different of people were there some people are workaholic and some are not. Because of this Some employees may disappoint that they work very hard but they didn't get proper recognition whole credit goes to team. With this they may not show proper interest to next project. So, here the lecture said that it's better to give individual task than group. Every one get chance to prove their talent and to grow professionally. Here credit goes to persons who are contributed their skills towards the project.
