The article states that zebra mussel change its habitat to North America for three reasons and they are main danger for other fishes.However the professor explains none of the author's reasons are convincing and refutes them one by one.

to begin with, zebra musse's spread is unstopable ships helped them to move from canals that are bult to connect Europe's waterways in the way that this fishes can attach to bottom of ships and can be survived.As the reading claims, is refuted by the professor.He asserts that in before people coudent control the population of this fishes because of lacjing of knowledge but today they can cntrol it .Furthermore, this fishes cant survive during the ship's travels.

In addition, according to the essay when zebra mussels carried to new habitat they can overcome to all other fishes because they dont have any predators and this fishes can reproduce in large numbers.Nevertheless, the proffesor argues that this fishes in early time do not have predator but over times some birds migrate to this place and they eat zebra mussel's alot.

Finall, based on authors opinion zebra mussel's eat plangton and compete with other fishes in food .On the contrary, the professor shows that instead of being harmful this fishes have advantage for other fishes because they may provide a circumstances for increasing plangtons therefore, the number of foods for all will increase.
