You are planning to go on a holiday in another country. Write a letter to your friend asking him/her to join. Include following in your letter.
• Why you need a holiday.
• Your holiday plans.
• Why you need your friend to join with you.
Dear John,
How are you doing? I hope this letter finds you in good health and mental peace. It’s been a long since we hang out the last time. So, I was thinking to take a trip together.
My company has awarded a contract with an important client, and I was one of the team who is selected to work on it. The project activities are still in closure stage, but I decided to take a break and travel abroad for relaxation. You know that I have been working continues over one year without taking any holiday.
Australia is a big country; however, I decided to visit only New South Wealth in this vacation. There are a lot of sightseeing to be visited, and many interesting historical places from the old centuries which I am amazed with. My departure to Sydney will be on 1st September, and travel back after two weeks of stay there.
It would be a pleasure if you joined me in this trip to Australia. Therefore, I would request that you arrange your travel documentation and all other visa requirement. It might take some time from you for these arrangements. I hope that you can catch the travel plan.
Warm regards,
Ayoub
