Given was bar chart delineating the proportion of British people the donate money to charity by age range during a 20 -year period, commencing from 1990.
It is conspicuous that the percentages of Brish contribute in the three younger age groups generally decline while the reverse was true for the two older age brackets.
In 1990s ,the proportion of the people aged between 36 and 50 was ranked first with 42% . The 18-25s contributed the least only 18% . Meanwhile by 2010 these figures had fallen to 35% and 7% respectively.The level of donations from the 26-35 age-group also decrease in 2010 from 31% to 24 %.
However,the donations up to the age of 50 declined during the two years,they among the 51-65 age -group from 35% to nearly40% which was the highest percentage for 2010. The figure for the over 65s was lower than this period. But with 35% recorded little higher than the 1990's figure of 32 %.
