It is a fact that people nowadays are under a lot of pressure and their lives are becoming increasingly stressful. What could be the possible reasons for this? What are some solutions to address this issue?
What about is your normal day? Is your day a loop of sleep, breakfast, work and work, dinner and sleep?. Do you happy with your life?
Some time I ask myself these question, too because sometimes, like everybody I have the bad day, too.
Nowadays, we live in the world which everybody usually busy with work and deadlines. With the difficult development of world economy opportunity to have a good job is so difficult. With a good job, we have so much candidates and the man who is chosen have to over hard challenges of employers.
But when you have a good job with high salary you will under a lot of pressure. Employers always have so many requite about complete time and quality work. To protect your work you just have only choice is try more and more. Sometime, with employers deadline, You must hard work 10 or 12 hours to complete and sometime you really overload. Except work, you don’t have time for relax, sport, your family, your hobbies and yourself. Your life is become increasingly stressful.
I think the possible reasons for the balance of work and life. We must have time for relax and health, build the comfortable workspace and have flexitime work. With the development of internet, we can connect to everywhere stay at home but you still work and complete your work. Everybody will work with full energy and Quality of work will really high when the workspace is comfortable and stimulate creativity. After all we work for good life, do not for overload and stress.
