To commence with, in this modern era both the parents are working, due to this most of the families are dependent no the fast food. Moreover, it save the time and energy of a person. Furthermore, in the western world online availability of food is very secure and fast. As a result most of the people prefer to eat fast food.
On the flip side of the issue, every rose flower has a bush of thrones, over usage of convenience food can give birth to some obesity which can lead a person to some serious ailments. For example, according a research in united states most of the people suffer from diseases are related to obesity. Lastly, it can cause the health related issues.
To conclude, there are ample of the benefits of the fast food and it is easily available. However, there are ample of the demerits which are unavoidable.
