TPO (S6-Q4)

Reading (Reading Time: 45 seconds)
In everyday life, when people speak of memory, they are almost always speaking about what psychologists would call explicit memories. An explicit memory is a conscious or intentional recollection, usually of facts, names, events, or other things that a person can state or declare. There is another kind of memory that is not conscious. Memories of this kind are called implicit memories. An individual can have an experience that he or she cannot consciously recall yet still display reactions that indicate the experience has been somehow recorded in his or her brain.

Question: Using the example of the car advertisement, explain what is meant by implicit memory.

Actually, it's my 3rd trial. My first recording was recorded more than 40-50 times. I mean the first question and first time that I started practicing for TOEFL speaking section. I have not sent my first practices to testbig. I'm happy that I have decreased it to 3 times and your encouragements were really helpful. In fact, my listening is good and I always have a lot to say. Therefore, I always speak more than 60 seconds and that's why I have to repeat my recordings.
I'm going to attend the exam after 3 months. So I have enough time to improve it yet.
