A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
tell your friend how they can contact you when you are away
give instructions about how to care for your pet
describe other things they will need to do to take care of your house
Dear Sara,
How are you doing? Thanks for taking care of my dog while I am on holiday. As you know, I am going on a remote location for holiday, I want you to know that if you want to contact me anytime, you can call on my hotel reception that I have already shared with you. Hotel reception will call me to attend phone.
Apart from that, I want to tell you that my pet is very easy going. However, it is very important for him to eat on time, otherwise he can get nasty. Also, please take him to the park in the evening as he really likes to be surrounded with people. Other than that, if in case he catches any infection, please call doctor immediately.
Not but the least, please take care of my house as well. Please do not spread litter in front of the house and try to always keep it clean. In addition to that, my indoor plants can die in case of shortage of water, so please always remember to water them daily.
Thanks for such a kind help!
Best Wishes,
Martina
