Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. This is Karim Farhan, one of your regular customers and I am writing to you to help me in an urgent case. I lost a valuable item in yesterday noon journey from Cairo to Alexandria.

Firstly, I took the train from Cairo railway station yesterday at 1 PM, and as per the ticket the train number was A123900. Although I was working on my Apple laptop the whole journey, I forget to put it as well as the charger in my case after sending some important emails to my clients. I lost it on the empty seat beside me, and the seat number was 0098, VIP section.

Secondly, I want your company laborers on this train to do whatever they can to find it because I will lose a lot of contracts if I did not get this laptop. Additionally, I would like to compensate anyone who can help me to get it back. Appreciate your help in finding it, and I promise you that I will take care about my personal gadgets next time.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon, and your rapid action is highly appreciated.

Faithfully,
Karim Farhan
