colonization on asteroids

Essay topics:

colonization on asteroids

The text mainly talks about the possible place to colonization, asteroids, since there are a numerous number ofthem in solar system which can be a better option to colonization istead of mars. In this way of thought, it presents three main arguments to substantiate its position. The professor, on the other hand, cast doubt on the reasons cited in the text, asserting that they have gret downsiddes.

First, the passage acclaims that since there is lower gravity, It issafer to land on a asteroids rather than mars or moon because of the presence of lower gravity force. The professor, on the contrary, rejects this idea, pointing out that when astronouts lives in a lower gravity they suffer from muscle losee and bone problems. So although it is easier to land and wake up from the land of the astroids, because of the which diseases, they people who might live on astroids land will suffer muscle losing and bone decreasing dethe metals from astensity.

Second, The reading claims that as ther are valuable resources of metals on the asteroids. mining metals as platinum and gold, rare on earth, are appealing for making colonaziation on asteroids. The lecture refutes this idea, stating that although the metal which could be found on asteroids earth are precious, binging back them to the earth is costly. Besides, the price of the metals are not constant. By increasing the supply of metals the price of it will decreaesd, amking the transfering asteroids from thhe asteroids unappealing for investorst.

Third, the passage mentions that as asteroids come near the earth they are closer to travel on them and come back to earth. In sharp contrast, the professor professes that even though asteroids which comes near earth are closer to move on, Its route is sophisticated and after a while goes long from the earth . Maybe its distance become near the distance of mars. so It is not plausible fro colonization on them.
