Dear Dr Brown,
I am writing a letter to inform you about I cannot continue the evening course due to my current job's working hours are not available for me to take the lesson.
I am Chris Wong who is a full-time employee in one of IT companies and take this part-time course in order to grow knowledge about my current job. However, my work partner will be leaving next week, I need to take over all of his work.
He is an overseas support programmer, and his customers' time-zone is 2 hours later than ours. Based on it, my off-work time delay to 8:00p.m. which totally conflict with class time.
Therefore, I cannot have the part-time lesson anymore. if possible, I would like to refund the rest of the course fee or provide a lesson discount for me.
Thank you for your time in consideration. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Chris Wong
