not satisfied with the condition of some of the furniture
Dear Mr.Silva,
This is a kind request for you to consider on bad condition of furniture.As you know about me very well,I came from Sri Lanka and now it's almost two weeks for rentout your house.I would really like the open area garden and the area which house is situated.The house is really beatufull but my only concern is the dinning table leg is broken.
I have shown this to a person who promissed me to fix the dinning table leg for $40.This dinning table is very much important to us and its very Old therefore need to fix this earlier before it totaly gets broken.
I would kindly requesting for you to take an action on this issue and if your okay for me to fix this table,please let me know within this week.In prior to start the work and please be kind enough to reduce the first two months rent fee for $40.
