Advantage and Disadvantage for Young People Work Early
Nowadays, it is believed that the young people in some countries are supported to work or travel for a year after finishing their high school until before starting at universities. In this essay, I totally agree because it gives more advantages more advantage rather than disadvantage for reasons.
It is important toi give the young people some experiences about working world. That is because the young people has to be prepared before they are going to work especially for their mental. In some countries like Japan, the young people are given the opportunity to work first so when they graduate from universities they have enough readiness for going to work. As a result was prepared before, so their productivity are good rather than they who do not prepared. It is important to give them time to find out themselves by work before going to universities.
On the other hand that things can reducing the desire of the young people to continue learning at universities. For some cases when that younger can earn money that is created comfort zone to find more money. That situation can be damaged their mind system which just focus on money than to grow by knowledge. Like in Indonesia, many graduated from high school prefer to work eventhough they have ability to studies at college. So, there are many workstaff just can be do general jobs beside special jobs. Then the specific jobs position are taking by specialist from outside Indonesia. It is no doubt that causes some social economic problem if this things has not manage very well.
So in my opinion it is a good way to supplies the young people with a lot off experiences before going to universities. The government must be mediate the private sector or companies for opening many occasion for that.
