Throughout this period, the figure of property prices in china experienced a significant increase and reached the peak at over 6.5% in 2010. By contrast, there was a considerable decrease in that of Algeria at exactly 3.0% in 2010.
Meanwhile, to begin with over 3.0% in 2007, the proportion in the estate values in Argentina reached nearly 5.0% in 2008. After hitting the low at around 1.2% in 2009, this percentage doubled at the end of this period.
