cement process
Cement is one of the most important materials in constructing houses and buildings. However, very few people know how it is made. The diagram illustrates how cement is manufactured.
Cement production is a complex process including several stages. First, the limestone and clay are collected and together run through a crusher machine and is ground into a powder form. Then, the powder is sent to the mixer tubes where it is travelled down to the rotating heater. While travel down to the tube the powder is heated up from the bottom of the tubes as it is rotate. When the powder is ready, it is emerged to the grinder machine and is ground into cement. At the end, the cement is packed into bags and ready to be used for different purposes.
