The given bar chart represents the proportion of British people who pay money for charity by different ages in 1990 and 2010. Overall, it is clear from the graph that 36-50 years old British people and 51-65 years old British people are the highest figure in 1990 and 2010, respectively. In contrast, 18-25 years old British people is the lowest figure in both years.

It is apparent that British people who have ages between 18-25 years old, 26-35 years old and 36-50 years old provided money for charity in 1990 more than in 2010. In addition, there was a double decrease of giving money to a charity of 18-25 years old British people in 1990 and 2010, from just over 15 percentages to well over 5 percentages. On the other hand, there were only 2 age ranges which consisted of 51-65 years old British people and over 65 years old British people that had the percentage of money in 2010 outweigh 1990.
