It is evident, in general, that almost half of Americans ate fast food weekly or at least once a month, while the number of people who cline out such restaurants or never constituted relatively low rates.
To be more precise, only 4% of people in the USA ate junk food every day in 2003. This percentage declined slightly to approximately 3% in 2006 and stayed unchanged in the next seven years. Similarly, in 2003, there was only one out of twenty Americans who have not been at any fast food restaurants, this pattern decreased moderately to one over twenty-five after 2006.
On the contrary, the majority of American people went to junk food restaurants once time per week in 2003 and 2006, with 31% and 33% respectively. This proposition dropped to around 27% and significantly lower than the percentage of people who ate at least one times per month at the end of the period. Strikingly, only in several times a week and a few times a year categories did their patterns in 2013 are similar to around 15%, and the changes during this period are tiny in these categories.
