From the data supplied, it is conspicuous that the percentage of Americans who ate fast food every day in restautants and the percentage of Americans who never ate fast food in restaurants were very less and these proportions were almost 4% and 5% respectively.
Overall, 17% of Americans were dining several times a week out, before experiencing a rise to 20% and then a sharp decline to about 16% a decade later. On the other hand, only about 32% of Americans ate fast food once a week in 2003. This rate increased to 33 % and decreased to 27%. Also, 30% of Americans preferred eating fast food once or twice a month in 2003 before showing a decline to 25% and a rise to 32%. Lastly, almost 14% of Americans ate fast food a few times a year in restaurants in 2003. After that, the proportion rose to 15% and remained same five nad ten years later.
