The pie charts show some information about the ages of the population of Yemen and Italy in 2000 and prediction for 2050.

In the first, we can see, in 2000 the half of the population of Yemen was for ages between 0-14, it was the highest proportion. Although, it will decrease to almost one third in 2050. Less than half of the population in 2000 was for adult people (15-59 years) while it will increase smoothly to 57.3% in 2050. The population of elderly people was almost four percent in 2000 and it will rise just to six percent in 2050.

In the second, in 2000 the highest proportion was for people with ages 15-59 years, it was about two-thirds of the population while it will increase to less than half in 2050. Otherwise, the population of elderly ages was less than the one-fourth in 2000 whether it will grow up to more than 42 % in 2050. The proportion of ages between 0-14 years will remain almost the same. It will diminish from 14.3% in 2000 to 11.5% in 2050.

To sum up, we can understand, most of the population of Yemen in 2050 will be adult people with ages between 15 and 59 years while in Italy it will be for adult people and elderly people.
