The first one is Sodium, where it is mostly consumed during Dinner, with 43% proportion. Following Dinner, Sodium is often found in Lunch with 29% proportion. After Lunch, USA people usually add Sodium in their Breakfast and Lunch meals, with tied proportions, 14%.

After that, we can see that the largest proportion for Saturated Fat is usually contained in Dinner food, with 37% proportion. After that, 26% Saturated Fat is often consumed during Lunch. The Saturated Fat proportion then fall slightly into 21%, in Lunch. The last is Breakfast, with only 16% proportion of Saturated Fat in USA people's food.

The last is Added Sugar, which is mostly contained in Snacks, with 42% proportion. Then, the number fall almost a half to 23% in Dinner. Following Dinner, 19% Added Sugar is often found in Lunch. The proportion then fall slightly into 16% in Breakfast.
