Similarly, approximately one fifth of whole students decided to study just because of perspective of promotion, to assist their recent jobs and take learning as a tool of enjoyment. Individual have to pay 40% of total cost who wanted to participate in any course. On the other hand, remaining 60% fees is paid not only by taxpayer but also by employer whose contribution are 25% and 35% respectively.
