Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main fatures and make comparisons where relevant.

The graph illustrates how the tea leaves are processed in order to manufacture both loose tea and tea bags.
Overall, the diagram shows that before tea becomes appropriate for everyday consumption, it forced to undergo several procedures and treatments. The manufacture process is rather sophisticated, and it requires the special proficiency.
In the initial stages in the process, tea leaves have to be picked up, regarding the fact that only bud (two top leaves) is collected for manufacture high quality tea. Secondly, leaves are subject to withering, by the process of air passing through them on the rack, where the tea leaves are initially moisture out by 60%.
In the next phase of the process, the producers have to opt for appropriate method for manufacture: traditional way suggests the loose tea on the output, whereas modern method is used for tea bags production. In the case of traditional method, the major technique that is used is rolling, that ends up with leaves rolled flat and broken. This way is beneficial because of enzymes released from the leaves. What follows is different, modern method involves cutting tea leaves before making them torn and curled, and after this, the purified leaves are quickly molded into small granular pieces and submerged into bags. The ultimate stages involve oxidation process, where rolled leaves are spread on the flat cement or tile surface to be treated by mixture of enzymes and air in order to saturate them with cooper color. In the end of manufacturing, almost ready for consumption tea is fired and dried in high temperatures, treating with aroma and flavors. Totally, 97% of moisture is particularly extracted out of the leaves.
