The graph shows average carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions per person in the United Kingdom, Sweden, Italy and Portugal between 1967 and 2007.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The graph shows how the average amount of greenhouse gas productions per person has changed over the period from 1967 to 2007 in 4 different countries, which are the UK, Sweden, Italy, and Portugal. Smoke emission is illustrated along the vertical axis in metric tonnes, and the time period is depicted on the horizontal axis.
According to the graph, UK is the only country that could reduce carbon dioxide release along the period shown, but in 1967 the figure of gas emission was around 11 metric tonnes, the highest amount among the countries depicted, and it still was the highest, about 9, by the time of 2007. While in Sweden there was a rise and fall. The number for fumes was just under 9 in the first year of the period, yet it dramatically fell to 7 in just 10 years, before peaking at around 10 in 1977, and it was still gradually decreasing by the end of the period.
For the both Italy and Portugal, there was an unstoppable increase. Italy had about 4.5 metric tonnes emissions per person in 1967, which was half of Sweden. Nevertheless, Italy had overcome the number of Sweden in 2007 by roughly 2 metric tonnes. Portugal was the lowest of all other, 1 metric tonne in 1967, and it noticeably increased until 2007, but it was still the lowest.
In conclusion, as the line graph provides, it is clear that the UK had the most carbon dioxide emission per person in 2007.
