The graphs below show the types of music albums purchased by people in Britain according to sex and age.
Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information shown below.
The graph illustrates the different genres of music albums bought by people in Britain with respect to their sex and age.
Overall, It can be seen that there are three various music which is Pop music, Rock music, Classical music. At first, let's talk about Pop and Rock music, People between 16-24 and 25-34 are the majority buyer with almost 30% and 32%. Secondly, The Male audience bought 28% Pop and 32% Rock music albums. but, The women are not much interested in either of the kinds of music with 18% buyers for Pop and 15% for Rock music. Last but not the least, Listeners of group 35-44 and 45+ has the least interest in both the music and the figures are almost the same for both 15% and 8%.
On the other hand, the Classical genre is the least bought music record. People above 45 are the number one buyer of such music with almost 20% followed by the age group 25-34 with 15%. Whereas, all rest of the buyers are not much into classical music as the figures show it and it is below 10% for all of them.
To conclude my report, I would say Pop and Rock music are most loved music and people bought there records in large quantities.
