Many women want or need to continue working even after they have children. The charts below show the working patterns of mothers with young children to care for.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

In a world with growing expenditure, it is no surprise that most mothers are reluctant to forgo their employment for childcare. The given chart provides an analysis of working mothers in terms of the age of their youngest.
Comparing the four pie charts depicted above, it cannot be denied that the portion of non working mothers had been decreasing significantly with the growing age of their youngest child. Staring from 70 percent in infant stages, it has descended to 26 percent with the child reaching an age of 10.
Additionally, the number of mothers participating in full-time employment has remained constant at 11 percent with their toddler aging from 0-4 years. However, this consistency was not maintained once the child is past the age of 4. It increased to 14 percent when the youngest is between 5-9 years and reached a maximum of 29 percent as the age of the child crossed 10 years.
Furthermore, the section of part time workers who are mothers had also adopted a growing trend. From occupying one-fifth of the chart while the new born is aged 0-2 years, it has increased significantly to occupy half of the chart when the child is around 10 years. Though, it reached its peak with 48 percent when the age of their children is confined between 5-9 years.
Thus, the disposition of women with children to work is directly proportional to the age of their dependent children.
