The given line graph illustrates the number of tourists to England who visited four different famous places in Brighton.
It can be clearly seen from the graph that the percentage of tourists visiting Pavilion and Art Gallery changed significantly from 1980 to 2010. Whereas, that of tourists coming to Pier and Festival were more stable.
The amount of tourists coming to Art Gallery and Pavilion even climbed dramatically and then dropped ( about 10% and 30% respectively). The figures of tourists coming to Art Gallery, Pavillion and Pier all increased in 1985, while that of the remaining group went down marginally. Specially in 1985, the percentage of tourists who visited Art Gallery reached a peak (below 40%) and in 1995, that of tourist going to Pavilion touched the highest point ( almost 50%).
In contrast, the percentage of people who visited Festival was not change too much. From 1980 to 2000, the number of tourists arriving to Festival decrease slightly, whereas that of tourists coming to Pier waved. The figures of tourists going to Festival maintained the same rate over a period of 10 years between 2000 and 2010 (nearly 30%), while that of people visiting Pier went up ( from approximately 10% to over 20%) and that of tourists arriving to Pavilion and Art Gallery declined.
