Essay topics:

Plan A below shows a health centre in 2005. Plan B shows the same place in the present day.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and making comparisons where relevant.

The two diagram compares structural changes of a health center of 2005 to present day.
Overall, the health center increased it's area and facilities and some of the rooms loose it's space.
In 2005, the health center had parking spaces, physiotherapy room, office, reception desk and 3 other room. The entrance was on the front side of the building and in front of the building there was parking space for 12 vehicles. Reception desk was almost to the center of the house with seating arrangement close to it. It also had a garden outside the home.
However, in the present day, the health center has changed a lot. The entrance has been moved to the South West side of the building. The reception desk is just near the entrance and there is also children's playing area, which is a new inclusion. Parking space has been added in North West direction and consequently, parking spaces has increased from 12 to thirty. A new operation room is been added near the Physiotherapy room. There is a room named CR4 added in main building and as a result other rooms loose some of it's spaces.
