The plans below show a public park when it first opened in 1920 and the same park today.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The pictures illustrate the modifications that took place in a public park called Grange between 1920 and nowadays.
It is noticeable that 4 main changes were made to the park involving the establishment of an amphitheater, a rose garden, an area for children playing, and a water feature.
In the westernmost of the park, the stage for musicians and two seating areas were removed in favor of an amphitheater for concerts due to entertaining purposes. Also, while the rose garden in the northeast area remained unchanged, the one which was opposite was demolished. In addition, the fountain positioned at the center of the plan was converted into a rose garden surrounded by seating areas in all four directions.
On the east side of the park, where there had been the pond for water plants and the glasshouse, there were then a children’s play area and a water feature respectively replacing them. Additionally, a café was constructed, which has necessitated the removal of the rose garden in the northeast corner. When it comes to the entrance areas, while two entrances still existed in the same location as in 1920, there was an entrance underground car park built.
