THE TABLE BELOW SHOWS THE CONSUMER DURABLES(TELEPHONE, REFRIGERATOR,ETC) OWNED IN BRITAIN FROM 1972 TO 1983.WRITE A REPORT FOR A UNIVERSITY LECTURER DESCRIBING TH INFORMATION SHOWN BELOW.

The given table compares the consumer durable of household in Britain families on their owned technical appliances of 11 years commencing from 1972.

In general, the most popular electronic item in Britain was television while the least owned household appliances were diswasher during this period.

As can be seen the given tables, the TVs and vacuum cleaner were always popular in UK they have consumed 93% and 87% respectively in 1972 and they had appeared 98% and 94% repectively in 1983 although, the figure of both has rose. Likewise, a similar ownership pattern of both appliances refrigerator and washing machine in British familes. Central heating has made double during this period. Meanwhile, the video has introduced in 1983 with only 18%, the least popular appliance diswasher has 3% only in 1978 and inclined 2% in 1983. Interestingly, the consumption of telephone has 42% in 1972 and it appeared 77% in 1983.
